Meet Ashlee Dillon

Ashlee joined Maple Hearing Clinic in June of 2026, bringing a genuine passion for hearing healthcare inspired by her father’s personal journey with hearing loss and her lifelong love of helping others.

She comes with extensive experience in insurance claims, Medicare and private insurance billing, accounts receivable follow-up, patient scheduling, and HIPAA-compliant record keeping. Her background spans hearing healthcare coordination, higher education financial administration, and hands-on work with pediatric populations, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a warm approach with every patient she encounters.

Outside of work, Ashlee is a proud wife and mom of two who loves spending time with her family and discovering new restaurants in and around the area.
